We finally agree with the contractor quotation to renovate our lovely home. We will re-do our front porch with new tiles, new brick fences, trimming down the porch pillars and bigger electric gates thus allowing both cars to park-in our porch. We will also extend our current kitchen / dining area; thus having a new dining area, new wet kitchen, laundry room and expanding the width of the current room. We did the customary application with MBSA and I can't seem to find our house CF. We went to PKNS first to get our house CF for RM10 and then went to MBSA to submit our application. After nearly one hour and RM2300 paid for the application, we finally receive the green light to proceed with our renovation. It should start in the month of Ramadhan and I can't wait to monitor the progress :-)
